What you’ll do:
* Drive the vision and roadmap for the data marketplace, ensuring it supports research and wider business needs.
* Work across teams to deliver enterprise data initiatives, applying modern data principles.
* Build and maintain high-quality external information datasets that are easy to find, use, and re-use.
* Engage closely with scientific and business teams to understand workflows and improve access to external information.
* Champion data quality and interoperability to support analytics and AI adoption.
* Partner with AI, data engineering, governance, and quality teams to align standards, models, and onboarding materials.
* Represent the data marketplace through presentations, training, and stakeholder sessions.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong foundation in information science, metadata, ontologies, and FAIR data principles.
* Experience in product management and agile environments.
* Awareness of emerging tech, including agentic AI and LLMs.
* A collaborative style with confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
