The role:
We’re looking for three ambitious Business Development Managers to lead direct sales across London, Kent and Dorset. You’ll be driving new business, building strong client relationships, and representing the Alight brand with passion and energy.
What you’ll do:
* Find and convert new leads, creating a robust sales pipeline.
* Build tailored proposals with the help of our marketing and insights team.
* Negotiate, close, and smash revenue targets.
* Be the go-to partner for clients - from SMEs to agencies and local authorities.
* Use industry insights to shape your approach and stay ahead of trends.
* Keep CRM (Zoho experience a bonus) up to date and accurate.
What you’ll bring:
* 2+ years’ proven sales success (advertising/media experience a big plus).
* A natural communicator and active listener who thrives on building relationships.
* Tech-savvy with CRM & MS Office.
* Ambitious, adaptable, and highly driven.
* Full UK driving licence.
