Role Responsibilities
As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
1. Guide and support the Food and Beverage team to achieve their potential and departmental goals.
2. Ensure the efficient operation of Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of food, drink, and service.
3. Maintain a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained work environment.
4. Handle daily financial administrative tasks, stock management, and monthly reporting.
5. Work as a duty manager when required.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
* A service-focused personality and passion for food and beverage.
* Previous leadership experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership by example.
