Responsibilities / Tasks
1. Implementation of IEC 62443-4-1 within existing software processes.
2. Performing gap analyses and drawing up improvement plans.
3. Integrating secure-by-design principles into the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
4. Drawing up and managing security documentation such as threat models and secure coding guidelines.
5. Working within the software department to implement required security advancements
6. Managing the software department in the field of Information Security.
7. Collaborating with the Information Security and QA departments.
8. Identification of risks in current supply, both security and continued supply of product architecture.
9. Development for evolution of product architecture
10. Software standards maintenance
Your Profile / Qualifications
Must-haves:
11. Education and experience in software development processes, engineering, and computer science.
12. Knowledge of information security.
13. Experience in PLC, HMI and SCADA coding environments.
14. Siemens PLC and HMI experience in TIA.
15. Detailed SCADA coding experience, preferably GE iFix.
16. Experience in product architectural design
17. Ability to independently analyse complex issues.
18. Experience with process documentation and improvement plans.
19. Strong communication skills.
20. Proactive, independent, and analytically strong.
21. Attention to detail
22. Practical and solution oriented.
23. Able to switch between technical and organisational tasks.
Nice-to-haves:
24. Experience with IEC 62443-4-1 or comparable standards.
25. Knowledge of ICS/OT security.
26. Knowledge of threat modelling, secure coding, or security tooling.
27. Relevant certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 or CSSLP.
28. Rockwell PLC/HMI experience
