Job Title: Sales NegotiatorLocation: Cheshunt (Office-Based)Salary: ~£25,000 + Commission (OTE ~£50,000) We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Sales Negotiator to join a highly respected and market-leading estate agency in the Cheshunt area. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established business with a strong local reputation and excellent earning potential.About the RoleAs a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals effectively.Key Responsibilities
* Register and qualify applicants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
* Generate new business opportunities
* Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
* Work towards and exceed sales targets
About You (Ideal Candidate)
* Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
* Confident communicator with strong phone skills
* Organised and able to manage a busy workload
* Proven track record within Estate Agency (essential)
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Able to commute within 1 hour of Cheshunt
* Results-driven with a passion for property and sales
