We are seeking an exceptional Brand Marketing Coordinator to join the Brand Marketing team at our Corporate Office.
Maybourne owns and manages Claridge's, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Maybourne Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Riviera and The Emory – six of the world's most renowned hotels, and Surrenne – wellbeing and longevity Member’s Club. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
* To provide administrative support for the brand marketing team, including processing purchase orders and invoices, preparation of meeting agendas and collating meeting minutes
* To provide support to the brand marketing team on wider brand initiatives
* To create and assist with artwork creation across all lines of business
* To coordinate, create and update the company’s sales collateral
* To monitor day-to-day activity on the Gifted Platform
* To assist with the maintenance and updating of third-party listings
* To assist on photoshoots and video shoots as required
* To manage the marketing image library
* To conduct brand audits when required
* To conduct competitor research analysis as requested
