What We’re Looking For: * Sales Experience: Must have a proven background in cold-calling and telephone sales. * Strong Sales Acumen: You’ll need to be results-driven, confident on the phone, and able to negotiate effectively. * Healthcare Sector Knowledge: While knowledge of the healthcare sector is ideal, it is not essential. * Recruitment/Resourcing Experience: Experience in recruitment or resourcing is a bonus, but not required. * Full Driving License: Preferred, as there may be occasional travel required. * No Sales Targets for the First Two Months: We believe in giving you the space to learn, grow, and settle into the role without the pressure of sales targets or thresholds during your probation period.
