As a Head Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include ensuring the home remains spotless, managing the cleaning rota, leading by example, planning laundry, ordering cleaning supplies, and adhering to infection control procedures, always prioritizing residents' wellbeing.
We seek an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH, and infection control is essential. Your positive energy and ability to communicate considerately and kindly are vital for success.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures to report concerns. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
