I am currently working with a leading regional contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major new project in Reading. The project is a GBP14M purpose:built apartment block development, and my client is looking for a strong leader to drive it forward.
This contractor has a fantastic reputation within the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential sectors and operates as a well:established Tier 2 business with a strong pipeline of future projects : as well as winning countless awards for their projects
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

Manage the full lifecycle of the GBP14M student accommodation project

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
*
Hold a valid CSCS card
*
SMSTS certified
*
First Aid qualification
