The role
As a Real Estate Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll manage a broad caseload covering a range of transaction types.
Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of property
• Handling leasing transactions and estate management matters
• Drafting and reviewing property documentation including leases and licences
• Working with clients, counterparties and professional advisers
• Managing files efficiently from instruction through to completion
• Building strong and lasting client relationships

About you
This role would suit a Property Solicitor who:

• 
  
• Has 4+ years’ PQE in commercial and/or residential property
• Is confident managing a varied caseload
• Has experience handling transactional property work
• Demonstrates organisational and drafting skills
• Communicates clearly and effectively with clients
• Takes a practical and commercially minded approach
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
