Tasks & Training Details
TE Connectivity's Materials Planning Teams are responsible for the plans, schedules, and monitoring of the movement of material through the production cycle.
You will:
* Determine quantity and order date for materials to meet production or engineering schedules.
* Initiate purchase or production requisitions compliant with supply agreements, and develop the schedule to be used in the production facility based on forecasts and historical analysis.
* Help develop specifications for new contract orders as well as forecasts and plans for labour requirements.
* Provide timely and accurate input on supplier performance.
* Monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value.

Training to be provided:
On completion of the apprenticeship, you will have achieved the following mandatory qualification;
* ST0070 Level 3 Apprenticeships Standard
The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of end point assessment.
Future Prospects:
To become a fully trained and qualified Supply Chain Administrator with TE Connectivity.
Other things to consider:
