The role is responsible for supporting the Projects team involving a range of activities, aligning on the execution of projects and associated requirements across the teams. You will report to the Head of Programmes, engaging with different project teams across engineering and production. We are looking for a well-organised, enthusiastic individual who has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to work proactively as part of Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Project Management activities across multiple projects, ensuring tasks and resources are managed to the expected standards and timescales
2. Consult with colleagues to develop a work plan
3. Organise and maintain project data, reporting and communicating on any project progress-related activities with relevant stakeholders
4. Liaise with colleagues and teams to discuss project challenges and track mitigating actions
5. Support or lead on customer and supplier communications
6. Produce any required scheduled analysis and/or deliverables
7. Distribute monthly reports, presentations, procedures, proposals and other general document requirements
8. Support development and maintenance of PMO forms, processes and other documentation
9. Coordinate with third party vendors and subcontractors to support project requirements
10. Assist in closing out projects
Skills required:
11. Evident industry experience of project coordination and/or administration
12. Proven track record and experience in project support, planning and scheduling
13. Working knowledge of document control systems and project design
14. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing to standard for professional reports and business correspondence
15. Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
16. Ability to make good decisions under highly demanding, dynamic environment
17. Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate within a multicultural team
18. Demonstrates ownership of problems and works towards finding solutions
19. Ability to organise self and prioritise workload in dynamic environment with tight deadlinesAbility to handle and progress on multiple projects in parallel
20. Competent IT skills including Microsoft software
21. Proficient in English, both verbally and written
