About the Role Do you have a strong background in property management and a passion for delivering excellent service? We’re seeking a proactive Tenancy Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenants and landlords receive a first-class experience throughout the tenancy journey. What You’ll Do * Manage a set portfolio of rental properties * Handle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with contractors * Conduct check-ins, check-outs, inventories, and inspections * Manage rent arrears and tenancy notices * Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants * Support the lettings team with viewings, enquiries, and valuations when needed * Play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant tenancy management What We’re Looking For * Previous property management or lettings experience * Full UK driving licence and your own car * Strong organisational and communication skills * IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Word * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s in it for You? * £27,500 – £30,000 basic salary + £3,200 bonus (OTE £33,000) * 20 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off (increasing with service) * One-in-five-week rota as out-of-hours emergency contact * Mileage allowance (45p per mile) * Smart, professional working environment...
