Conveyancing Assistant – Derby (Full-Time, Office-Based)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy, supportive residential property team based in the heart of Derby city centre.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in conveyancing support who is looking to further develop their skills in a friendly and professional environment.

What you’ll be doing:

* Preparing and drafting legal documents, including Contracts and Transfers
* Requesting and processing searches
* Reviewing and responding to sales enquiries with guidance as required
* Assisting with preparation of completion statements
* Handling exchanges and completions
* Liaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals to progress matters smoothly

What we’re looking for:

* At least 12 months’ experience in a conveyancing support role
* Good knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, team-focused approach
