Our client is a high-end and very prestigious Jewellery company based in Central London. They are seeking an experienced Franchise Account Manager. Operating within a fast-paced and highly dynamic luxury environment, the Franchise Account Manager is responsible for developing commercial partnerships across international selected Franchise territories.
This role is pivotal in optimizing commercial performance, elevating brand presence, and delivering a state-of-the-art B2B client experience aligned with the highest standards of luxury retail.Role and Responsibility:Operations & Execution:Oversee end-to-end order management including allocation, invoicing and logisticsEnsure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partnersMaintain accurate reporting, trackers and cash flow visibilityCross-Functional Coordination:Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Finance, Logistics and Marketing teamsEnsure alignment across all business functions to deliver operational excellenceCommercial Management:Drives sales performance and profitability across selected Franchise AccountsAnalyse sales trends, stock levels, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic action plans aligned with global objectivesClient Management:Act as primary point of contact for selected Franchise partnersAdvise on Product Strategy, Merchandising and Retail excellenceShowroom & Brand Experience:Prepare and present collections for key client meetings and exhibitionsSupport showroom excellence and product storytelling at HQContribute to maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation.A University Degree is preferred along with strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.
