Your day-to-day will include:

* Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service

* Running daily pre-shift briefings and setting clear priorities

* Motivating, coaching, and training team members
\t
* Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
\t
* Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift
\t
* Creating a fun, high-energy environment for both team and guests

What we’re looking for:

* Previous management or supervisory experience

* Confidence with compliance and safety standards
