AIBODY is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Engineer to maintain and continually improve our infrastructure. You will be part of a multidisciplinary, highly skilled, and dedicated team, collaborating with software engineers, AI researchers, designers and medical professionals.
Responsibilities
* Develop, run, and document risk-based manual test suites, expand smoke and regression coverage each sprint.
* Estimate, plan, and coordinate test activities, rapidly assess risk and guide the team to clear “go / no-go” decisions.
* Execute tests on web, mobile, desktop applications, and APIs.
* Log findings in Jira, produce clear defect reports, and release health dashboards.
* Lead hands-on testing in a fast-moving environment.
* Collaborate with clinicians, designers, and developers to translate medical requirements into measurable acceptance criteria.
* Shape and optimize software development testing cycles.
* Mentor and support the growth of junior QA staff.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field.
* 5+ years of QA experience, including test plan creation and execution.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and working knowledge of defect-tracking, CI/CD, and CAPA processes.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum, risk-based testing, and defect lifecycle.
* Excellent English communication – written test reports, verbal risk summaries, stakeholder presentations.
Would be a plus
* ISTQB Advanced or ASQ CQA certification.
* Educational background in medicine or clinical sciences (e.g., MD, RN, or a degree in physiology, pharmacy, or other healthcare-related fields).
* Proven ability to design and script basic automated checks (Java / TestNG or similar) to accelerate repetitive testing.
