Our passion for our products and appreciation of our customers are at the heart of everything we do here at Neptune. We design, manufacture and retail a whole home concept that allows our customers to create a stunning and harmonious look for any room in the house.
Our Visual Merchandisers are the authors behind the outstanding displays and layout of our picturesque showrooms. Their brand awareness and exceptional eye for detail results in room sets that evoke a tranquil atmosphere that never fails to wow our customers. You'll be part of a passionate and creative team, covering our handpicked store locations in the North of the UK.
A day in the life of our Regional Visual Merchandisers will entail;
Collaboratively working with the wider team to install new and creative presentations across the selected stores
Ensuring that Brand Presentation Guidelines are installed and adapted accordingly, to reflect the architecture of the store and the customer demographic
Collaboratively working with the store teams to ensure complete understanding of each presentation and ensure they are maintained and updated where necessary to the highest standards, by regular communication both with the leader and the wider store teams
Supporting the set-up of new and/or model stores, working with the wider creative and store teams to deliver a completed store presentation.
Supporting the set-up of each new season in the support office, working with the wider creative team to deliver a completed seasonal presentation
You will be experienced in a regional retail visual merchandising role, ideally within the home lifestyle market with a design or display background. With proven ability of working on your own initiative, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills and the aptitude for coaching others. Our Story
Founded in 1996 by friends John Sims-Hilditch and Giles Redman, Neptune design and make pieces for your whole home. Recognised for our exacting standards, design-led aesthetic and expert craftsmanship, we're perhaps most known for kitchens - with heirloom-worthy dressers not far behind. Neptune's trademark 'look' is British: refined, simple, sturdy, and with an almost obsessive attention to detail. We're also respected for our commitment to craft and quality. Put simply, we make things we're proud of, and that are designed to last a lifetime.
