The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Art Director to help lead the next phase of this brand’s creative evolution. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping creative vision, raising the bar across output, and helping to run and inspire the design team.
This is a highly conceptual leadership role, suited to someone who has worked with globally recognised brands and understands what it takes to operate at scale. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly, standards are high, and creative excellence is non-negotiable.
While the focus is on ideas, direction, and leadership, this is not a hands-off role. From time to time, you’ll be expected to get hands-on with artwork and design — especially on high-profile projects or when the pace demands it.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner closely with the Creative Director to define and evolve the brand’s creative vision
* Help lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of designers
* Drive conceptual thinking across campaigns, brand moments, and always-on creative
* Ensure the brand shows up consistently, confidently, and at the highest level across all touchpoints
* Work at pace in a high-growth environment, balancing ambition with execution
* Get hands-on with design and artwork when required to maintain quality and momentum
* Champion craft, storytelling, and emotional impact across all creative output

* A senior-level portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and brand leadership
* Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
* A creative leader who can push a brand forward while bringing teams with them
* Strong visual craft across typography, layout, imagery, and digital design
* Confident using Figma and modern design workflows
* A hands-on mindset — happy to lead from the front when needed
