Elite US firm is looking for a Corporate Associate on an initial 6 month FTC basis starting ASAP to support through a peak in workload.
You will have a broad remit across M&A, PE and VC transactions, working with the firm's blue-chip cross-border client basis.
This position would suit an Associate 3+ years PQE, qualified in England & Wales with experience gained in a similar top tier firm environment.
