Project Architect / Senior Architect / Building SurveyorLocation: Winchester / HybridSalary: £33,000 - £55,000 DOEContract Type: Fixed Term (with potential extension)About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and adaptable Project Architect, Senior Architect, or Building Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of education-focused projects across the South of England.This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful schemes that improve learning environments and increase accessibility and inclusion within mainstream educational settings. The role offers the chance to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams while taking ownership of projects from early feasibility through to completion on site.We are looking for candidates who are confident working across multiple live projects simultaneously and who enjoy a hands-on role involving technical delivery, stakeholder coordination, and contract administration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple small-to-medium sized projects concurrentlyPrepare and coordinate planning, technical, and tender documentationUndertake site inspections and contract administration dutiesWork collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teamsLiaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authoritiesSupport delivery programmes to meet key project milestonesContribute technical expertise across projects led by other team members where requiredRequirementsQualified Architect, Architectural Technologist, Building Surveyor, or similar professional backgroundStrong project leadership and organisational skillsExcellent technical drawing and detailing abilityProficient in AutoCADExperience preparing planning and tender packagesSite and contract management experienceAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentFlexible and proactive approach to project deliveryDesirable ExperienceEducation sector experienceSEND / inclusive learning environment experienceExperience working under JCT traditional procurement contractsWorking ArrangementsHybrid working arrangement availableAttendance within the Winchester office expected periodically as part of the wider project team collaborationWhy Apply?This role offers the opportunity to work on rewarding projects that positively impact educational environments and local communities, within a collaborative and supportive team setting.To apply, please submit your CV and portfolio along with a short covering statement outlining your relevant experience.TPBN1_UKTJ
