We’re now recruiting for a Solution Architect with Information and Billing Systems. The following three areas are most important regarding knowledge and experience : Good Documentation & Communication Skills, i.e., writing documentation, producing HLD’s (high-level designs) & LLD’s (low-level designs), producing reports, Word documents, or, presentations. Good Solution Architecture experience with information systems / billing systems, customer management, product & pricing management, usage collection, rating & charging, invoicing, payments & collections, taxation, dispute management and reporting & analytics. Relevant industry or commercial knowledge, ideally working for an Internet Service Provider (ISP), or, Fibre, Broadband, Energy, Utilities, Finance, or E-commerce Retail provider. Desirable Knowledge & Experience: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with CRM systems. Experience with cloud-based billing solutions and microservices architecture.
