Compensation
$50,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and maintain custom technical solutions using C# and SQL
* Support and optimize TMS, WMS, and scanning platforms for operational excellence
* Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
* Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide Tier‑2/3 support
* Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Strong analytical mindset with a passion for coding
* Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) a plus
* Ability to bridge technical solutions with operational realities
* Patience and collaboration skills to work with a new manager
* Comfort working in a hands‑on, problem‑solving role without heavy oversight
