As Programme Communications Manager you will work to ensure that Teach First programme members and internal colleagues receive appealing and timely communications, keeping them engaged, and well informed.
Your team will own the development and quality of; all key programme documentation, in-programme communications, directorate communications and lead the internal SharePoint site.
* Do you have a proven track record of successfully planning and delivering large scale and sustained communications, and can demonstrate strong project planning capability?
* Can you demonstrate experience of managing, monitoring and developing the implementation of multiple audience-driven communication plans?
* Do you have team management experience?
* Do you have strong relationship building skills, to influence stakeholders at all levels and build bridges between different stakeholder groups?
* Do you have experience of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or an equivalent platform, to manage and send email campaigns?
* Do you have experience of managing SharePoint or other similar platforms to support efficient file management systems?
