Your new role
As Tax Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of the firm’s tax services, offering expert guidance to a wide range of clients, including individuals, partnerships, and owner‑managed businesses.
* Managing both personal and corporate tax compliance
* Delivering strategic tax planning and advisory services
* Supporting the development of junior team members
* Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies
* Working closely with partners to support business development and strengthen client relationships
What you’ll need to succeed
* A professional qualification such as CTA, ACCA, or CA
* Proven experience in a tax‑focused role within practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
* Excellent communication skills
* A client‑focused approach
* A proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively
* Experience with cloud‑based accounting and tax software (advantageous, but not essential)
