About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Flintshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work within education, whether you are experienced or looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour
* Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
* Provide support to pupils with additional learning needs
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, flexible and positive attitude
* Ability to adapt to different school environments
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
