Learning Supervisor, Service Industries - Tourism 18.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year £25,255 - £27,373 per annum pro rata (£11,139 - £12,074 per annum actual) A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at City College Norwich (Ipswich Road) as a Learning Supervisor. The successful candidate will provide high-quality learning support to students across a range of study programmes, including Hospitality and Tourism. This will involve supporting students both in group settings-such as supervising learning workshops-and on an individual basis to enhance their academic progress and engagement. We are seeking a motivated and aspirational individual who can confidently deliver a variety of personal development topics, helping students to build essential study skills, confidence, and independence. You will also be responsible for managing a caseload of students, setting clear targets, and monitoring progress to improve learning outcomes and overall performance.
