SEN Teacher – Full Time
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday, long-term
We are currently recruiting for a full-time SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision in Bolton. This setting supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism and learning difficulties.
The school is looking for a teacher who is confident adapting their approach to meet individual needs and who is committed to supporting pupils who may have experienced challenges within mainstream education.
The Role
As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that are engaging, structured and accessible for all pupils.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering differentiated lessons
* Managing behaviour and maintaining a structured classroom
* Supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development
* Working closely with teaching assistants and support staff
* Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS or equivalent
* Experience working with SEN or SEMH pupils
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Flexible and proactive approach
* Available full time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
