Lightsky is searching for a proactive, influential, and detail-driven Quality & Compliance Manager to take the lead at Kelly Farm - ensuring our services remain safe, consistent, and truly exceptional for the adults we support

About the Role
As our Quality & Compliance Manager, you'll be at the heart of service excellence - supporting leaders, guiding best practice, and ensuring our homes meet and exceed regulatory expectations.
You will:
· Lead all compliance and quality matters, ensuring CQC and Local Authority standards are met.
· Drive internal audits and implement SMART action plans.
· Support Care Managers to deliver high-quality, person centred care.
· Ensure Service User documentation and policies are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
· Identify training needs and support team development.
· Maintain knowledge of MCA/DoLS legislation and advise SLT on best practice.
· Conduct investigations, chair disciplinaries, and respond to whistleblowing concerns.
This is an active, visible, leadership role where your expertise directly shapes the future of the service.
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you bring:
* Proven experience in compliance, quality, auditing, or regulation within adult social care
* Ideally with experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks, governance systems, and quality assurance principles
* The ability to turn findings into practical, actionable improvements
* A solid understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs
* A hands on mindset with strong analytical and influencing skills
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
