The Role
We’re looking for a PPC Manager with strong hands-on experience to guide paid media activity across a variety of clients. You’ll play a key role in planning and optimising campaigns, sharing ideas, and helping shape how we grow together.
You’ll join a close, collaborative team where everyone’s perspective is valued and development is supported as the agency continues to expand.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Plan and deliver paid search strategies that drive measurable outcomes
* Support with budget management, forecasting, and reporting
* Work closely with SEO, Paid Social, and Creative teams to deliver joined-up strategies
* Keep up to date with new tools, platforms, and advertising trends
* Contribute ideas for client growth and new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* 5–7 years’ experience in PPC, ideally within an agency setting
* Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4
* Experience improving performance across different sectors
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities
* Clear, collaborative communication style with clients and colleagues
* A curious mindset and enthusiasm for learning and sharing ideas
