Housekeeping Supervisor - Culduthel Care Home
Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of the team in Culduthel Care Home. Located in Inverness, Culduthel offers a choice of modern, luxury private ensuite rooms and executive suites that include all modern conveniences and are fully accessible. We provide the highest quality 24 hour personalised nursing care for older people, including the frail elderly and those living with dementia and its related conditions.

Your role as a Meallmore Housekeeping Supervisor will include:
7. Have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example.
8. Honest, reliable, kind, compassionate genuine interest in the hospitality and environmentalaspects of the service
9. Ability to cope under pressure in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines
10. Good interpersonal skills with residents, visitors and the whole care home staff team
11. Able to organise and plan ahead ( ordering, cleaning schedules, audit and non-careinvoicing)
Skills and Requirements:
12. Experienced in delivering high quality housekeeping standards including the laundry area
13. Experienced in managing a housekeeping team
14. Understanding of budgets and budget delivery
15. Experienced in working with chemicals and COSHH
