Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC turning machines to manufacture high-precision components
* Programme or partially programme CNC machines as required
* Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimise output
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
* Collaborate closely with production teams to achieve performance targets
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CNC Setter or Programmer
* Ability to set CNC machines to exacting tolerances
* Experience with Citizen machines is essential
* Reliable background in precision engineering
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm to embrace a new challenge
