Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We’re looking for an ambitious and inspiring individual to join our Senior Management Team as Curriculum Manager for Restaurant Services at our Watford Campus.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a passionate team and drive excellence across our Restaurant Services provision. You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality curriculum that empowers learners and prepares them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
As Curriculum Manager, you will:
•Lead and motivate staff to achieve outstanding outcomes across all areas of the Programme of Study.
•Strengthen industry partnerships to enhance the student experience and raise the profile of the school.
•Ensure the curriculum aligns with the strategic aims of further education and supports the College’s broader goals.
•Champion continuous improvement through robust self-assessment and stakeholder engagement.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
•Has a strong understanding of curriculum development and the strategic landscape of further education.
•Possesses excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and unite teams.
•Is committed to delivering an exceptional teaching and learning experience.
•Can contribute meaningfully to the College’s strategic planning and development.
•Has a background in catering and hospitality (desirable but not essential).
