Procurement Administrator Location: Maidstone Salary: £30,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent About the Role We are seeking a highly organised Procurement Administrator to support our purchasing and supply chain activities. This role involves managing supplier relationships, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records. Liaise with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. Support tendering and supplier evaluation processes. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Prepare reports on purchasing activity and cost analysis.Skills and Experience Previous experience in procurement or administrative support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
