Job Overview
Business Support Officer role at Manchester City Council (MCC) in MAES. Key Responsibilities
* Manage correspondence and communication.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings for teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Level 2 in English and Maths.
* Manchester residency for Grade 1–3 roles.
* Standard DBS clearance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internal systems.
* Keyboard and touch‑typing skills, high speed and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
* Planning, organisational and time‑management skills.
* Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
Desirable Experience
* Experience in a fast‑paced administrative environment, preferably within local government or public services.
* Knowledge of Manchester City Council systems and procedures.
