What You'll Do
* Handle and manage invoice queries: Deliver a professional customer service experience to both internal and external customers, meeting business needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Own the customer journey: Proactively initiate and capture customer requirements accurately through effective communication and input.
* Build strong relationships: Provide a personal, tailored service to every customer, internal and external.
* Navigate systems with ease: Use platforms like SAP, STARs / Hub, Geneysis, STARsMM, GPS / Trackit, and OnSite app to investigate and resolve invoice queries.
* Drive resolution: Raise and manage invoice queries, perform root cause analysis, and work to reduce future issues.
* Support and collaborate: Share knowledge, best practices, and workload with your team to maintain high morale and achieve CSC goals.
* Take ownership: Hold account responsibility for customers, understanding their business and processes.
* Maintain accuracy: Update quotations and orders, complete manual documents, and ensure all admin tasks are handled with precision.
* Resolve issues: Investigate and resolve complaints professionally, escalating when necessary and always protecting the business.
* Be versatile: Develop multi-skilled knowledge across roles and business areas to provide cover and support when needed.
* Stay compliant: Follow company policies and procedures, raising NCRs where necessary to support continuous improvement.
