While this is a bank role and there will be the opportunity to work from home you will need to be available to work from our head office in Widnes so the successful candidates will need to be based within a 30 minute commute.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
As our Employee Relations Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and managing employee data across multiple systems. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description)
6. Conducting audits of colleague records and identifying gaps
7. Preparing and distributing routine People documents
8. Supporting data collection for compliance and reporting
9. Inputting and managing data in People Systems
10. Assisting with a variety of People and Employee Relations data integrity projects
11. Providing administrative support to the wider People Team
12. Managing high volumes of requests across multiple communication channels
13. Ensuring GDPR compliance and safeguarding sensitive information

14. Skilled in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong written and verbal communication
15. Able to deliver excellent customer service across a range of People queries
16. Comfortable working independently and within a team
17. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks
18. Professional, confidential, and detail-focused
19. GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English Language
20. Business administration qualification or relevant experience (desirable)
21. Experience in a Care organisation (desirable)
22. Understanding of Statutory Guidelines and People/ER activities (desirable)
