Are you a dynamic culinary leader ready to take charge of a large, multi-layered kitchen team, delivering world-class food to up to 5,000 guests a week ?
What You'll Do Lead, inspire, and mentor a large, talented kitchen brigade
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and service
Create and execute innovative, seasonal menus spanning 200+ dishes
Manage budgets, stock, and kitchen resources efficiently
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Drive efficiency and profitability while maintaining creativity and culinary excellence
What We're Looking For Proven leadership of large, high-volume kitchen teams
Professional culinary qualifications and experience with multi-cultural cuisine
Skilled in high-volume cooking, banqueting, and cruise ship or large event operations
Strong operational, budget, and resource management experience
Excellent communication and team motivation skills
Deep knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
