Brand Manager - NEOS Hospitality
Salary: £33,000 - £37,500 + HQ Bonus Scheme

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to be the guardian of one of our established brands. You’ll shape its strategy, protect its identity and make sure it shows up consistently and powerfully across every channel and every customer touchpoint.
You’ll work closely with our Channel Marketing Managers, who bring the brand to life for guests every day, and partner with operations, sales and commercial colleagues to make sure brand activity is always connected to business performance.
This role reports into the Senior Brand Manager and is based at our Cardiff HQ, with travel across our venues and brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Own the brand strategy and act as the guardian f its identity, tone and standards.
* Lead integrated campaign planning and delivery, frm brief through to performance review.
* Shape the cntent and creative output that brings the brand to life across every channel.
* Use insight, research and data t track brand health and inform decisions.
* Manage the brand marketing budget with bth creative ambition and commercial discipline.
* Supprt new venue openings, ensuring the brand lands accurately from day one.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Prven experience in a brand management role, with a strong track record of building and protecting a brand.
* A minimum f 5 years’ brand or marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure, food and beverage, lifestyle or a similarly fast-paced consumer sector.
* Deep knwledge of brand strategy, positioning and identity management.
* Strng campaign planning skills, with experience leading integrated activity across multiple channels.
* Excellent cmmunication and stakeholder management skills.
* A genuine passin for hospitality and the drive to build brands that people love.
