What Will You Be Doing?
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
15. Chasing Aftersales debt daily via telephone and email
16. Managing allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control policy
17. Sending weekly/monthly statements for allocated debtor accounts
18. Completing daily cash allocation for allocated sites
19. Responding to Credit Control mailbox emails received
20. Preparing and sending site queries to managers
21. Participating in weekly meetings to discuss debt with management team
22. Liaising with other departments for additional support chasing debts
23. Building and maintaining relationships with external customers to aid debt recovery
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 16:30pm then 9:00am to 17:00pm
Who Are We Looking for?
The successful candidate will have:
24. Previous Credit Control experience
25. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
26. The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts
27. Strong Excel/Data Inputting skills
28. A proactive and driven attitude

31. An excellent eye for detail.

Previous Motor Trade experience would be a distinct advantage for this role.
