Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality service during every customer interaction, with professionalism and warmth. Managing cash and completing transactions with accuracy and security. Carrying out daily balancing and adhering to audit, compliance, and security guidelines. Building customer relationships and highlighting the full suite of banking services. You'll be confident, precise in cash handling, and comfortable engaging with customers in a personable and clear manner. Essential Criteria Experience in a customer-facing position. Strong accuracy and dependability when working with cash. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
