The Opportunity: We are looking to expand our London Global Mobility advisory team with a Senior Manager who can deliver high-quality services to clients and grow the business, while maintaining a forward-thinking entrepreneurial mindset to reflect the clients we serve. Our team is dynamic and exciting, delivering double-digit growth with plans to continue expanding, focusing on advisory services. The role offers opportunities for international travel and career progression as the team evolves and adapts to the changing landscape of Global Mobility.
Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing high levels of service.
Managing the successful delivery of mobility tax projects with technical excellence.
Overseeing day-to-day client service delivery, focusing on advisory.
Collaborating within the firm, across service lines, and with overseas colleagues to identify mobility opportunities.
Proactively seeking new tax projects from existing clients and generating new business from targeted companies.
Developing and mentoring junior staff, making key team decisions, and acting as a trusted management team member.
About You: Experienced expatriate tax practitioner.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and adaptable to new ways of working.
Team player capable of integrating quickly into new teams.
Outgoing with strong relationship skills and a commitment to delivering quality output.
Strong technical skills with a desire to develop further.
Skilled in building client relationships.
Effective project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and budgeting.

ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA or CTA qualification required.
Proficient in risk identification, review, and escalation processes.
