Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Associate Business Partner (ITABP) at our Northampton (NN4 5FB) site. The ITABP will work closely with the IT Business Partner to build strong stakeholder relationships, monitor IT projects, and identify areas for business improvement. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and business efficiency, supporting strategic IT initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Details
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday for over 40 hours per week. The salary is up to £40,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 annual car allowance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Oversee IT projects, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Client Collaboration: Maintain stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and gather requirements.
3. Relationships & Teamwork: Foster good relationships and keep stakeholders updated.
4. Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance, investigate root causes, and suggest enhancements.
Key Requirements & Skills
* Proven experience in a similar logistics-related role
* Experience with IT roadmaps and project delivery
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Understanding of logistics operations and IT systems
* Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of change management or Lean Six Sigma (desirable)
* Proficiency with Microsoft products
