A well known travel and transport business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate.
You will play a key role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to stakeholders across the whole organisation. This position serves as a vital link between the Finance and Strategy department and the broader business, collaborating with senior management to drive success through the delivery of crucial financial data and insights. This role will be instrumental in aligning departmental needs and operational execution to strategy and budgets.
Main duties include:
* Lead on preparation and communication of financial information for meetings with directors and departmental budget holders to drive and align strategic objectives.
* Partner with directors, department heads, and key stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
* Conduct month end reporting analysis and investigate variances to budget. Includes working with the management accountants and business managers to ensure compliance with financial process
* Conduct detailed analyses of financial performance, identifying trends, variances, key drivers, and areas for improvement.
* Present findings and recommendations to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
* Finance lead on projects, including; costing, tracking, reforecasting, risks and opportunities.
* Support with the completion of financial models for the Business Case Process.
* Support in providing financial information or data gathering for business cases.
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a business partnering role. Experience of working with non-finance and on business cases is highly desirable. This is a great chance to join a well known brand which is growing in a true business partnering role
