About the role
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team. The role will be based at our Gloucester Office (GL2 7ND).
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, with 1 in every 4 Saturdays 8am – 12pm.
Ensure the smooth operation of administration within the Skip Hire division and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and emails for skip and bin services, booking them into our system.
2. Collaborate with the sales and administration teams to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Update customer records and requirements in the database.
4. Process payments for non-account customers before service delivery.
5. Transfer order details into the computer system, ensuring accuracy for invoicing and tickets.
6. Prepare orders for the next day to facilitate driver allocation.
7. Address invoice queries and request credits as delegated.
8. Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery of orders.
9. Manage initial customer queries and complaints.
10. Verify completed job tickets and update the system for accurate invoicing.
11. Apply for and record road licences for skips.
