One Clerical Officer is required to work with the Share the Care team at the Braid Valley Care Complex in Ballymena on a temporary basis. This part-time role is offered at 25 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm for a period of 12 weeks to cover a period of sickness.This role is key to supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service and will involve a mix of secretariat, administrative, and front-line communication duties. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping the team maintain high standards of care and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Providing secretarial support, including diary management and document preparation.
* Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Handling telephone and email enquiries.
* Managing post, maintaining filing systems, and updating records.
* Liaising with service users, staff, and external agencies.
* Supporting general admin tasks across the team, as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
* 1 year’s clerical / secretarial experience in an office setting.
