Role: The successful candidate will:
* Take a consultative approach to sales, providing tailored solutions to clients.
* Attend sales appointments arranged by telemarketing.
* Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
* Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Receive a four-week induction training.
Candidate Requirements:
* B2B field sales experience.
* Understanding of consultative sales processes.
* Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Experience in lead generation.
* Experience selling to SMEs.
* Good closing skills.
* Excellent communication and organization skills.
* Full driving license.

* Basic salary of £30K, guaranteed to £60K in the first year.
