A market leading building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London, Surrey and the South East is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a company that specialise in High-end / prime refurbishments and new builds have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £70 million they are long-standing and have a reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
There Current Projects range from £2 million to £50million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East have to offer.
You will be responsible for -
* Procurement
* Cash flow forecasting
* Tender and contract documents
* Final accounts
* Contracts
* Valuations
* Variations
* Attend professional and client meetings
* Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
* Mitigate commercial risks
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* 5 years + Experience
* Ideally you will have experience of High End Residential projects
* Experience of working for a main contractor
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
