Additional information
We use a Recovery Focused and Conversations approach and have the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013 at the heart of our practice to provide a range of choices to people for how they are provided with the support they need.
We are committed to creating a workplace culture where all our people feel valued, included and able to be their best at work. We recognise the benefits that a diverse workforce brings to the organisation.
Interview approach and behaviours
To help achieve this, we are changing the way we interview and assess candidates from a competency-based interview approach to a behavioural and technical (skills for the job) based approach. This will allow us to assess how you think and how you would bring our Behaviours of Respect, Integrity and Flexibility into your work.
