 Role Overview:
 Based at the ConocoPhillips Norsea Terminal in Teesside, you’ll provide engineering support to the Operations and Project teams. The role focuses on leading process safety initiatives, implementing plant modifications, and delivering economic and operational improvements.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 · Monitor and enhance plant performance and operational efficiency.
 · Address process safety and integrity needs within allocated plant areas.
 · Support project scope development and prioritisation.
 · Design and implement minor process modifications in line with Management of Change procedures.
 · Manage relief valve maintenance and undertake risk assessments.
 · Liaise with technical consultants to deliver technical changes.
 · Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
 · Share best practices and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
 
 Required Competencies:
 · Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
 · Strong understanding and practical application of process engineering principles.
 · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
 · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
 · Effective time and workload management.
 · Full UK driving licence.
 
 Preferred Experience:
 · Previous experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or other regulated industries.
 · Training or qualification in Incident Investigation.

 · Duration: 12 months+

 · Hours: 37.5 per week with Flex Day Scheme
